Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made to order just for you, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy below.

Made-to-Order Products
Because our products are custom printed when you place an order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

We encourage you to carefully review brand size charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct item or issue a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) are processed back to your original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
